Dr. Kowalski is a graduate of New York Chiropractic College, in Seneca Falls, NY. Dr. Kowalski completed an internship at Hartford Medical Group, an affiliate of Hartford Hospital, where she was trained in acute care and musculoskeletal rehabilitation using an interdisciplinary model. Prior to attending her Doctorate training, Doctor Kowalski received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston College.

Dr. Kowalski employs evidence-based techniques which include manipulative therapy, myofascial release techniques, and rehabilitative exercise which stress prompt treatment and return to activity. Dr. Kowalski's post graduate education focuses on the most recent methods of diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions. Dr. Kowalski is a Certified Graston Technique Provider. She is also a member of the American Chiropractic Association and Massachusetts Chiropractic Society.

Dr. Kowalski is dedicated to promoting the integration of chiropractic care with traditional medical services.
